Predictions

For fun, since I was just shot down on these, I’ll write them down now, so they won’t change, and see how they look in a few years…
I said that it looks like, based on my own real world experience, the major vaccines for Covid did very little to prevent infection.
They were, at best, good for a few weeks or months at preventing the most serious symptoms. (Which I said was valid and useful.)
I said, that it looked like “natural immunity” from those who contracted Covid was quite strong, and seemed to even offer better protection than the current mRNA vaccines.
I said that Vitamin D looked like it helped prevent the worst symptoms.
On the fringes, I said that sativa nigella seeds looked pretty good, and that prescription Paxlovid, remdesivir, and for previous forms of covid monoclonal antibodies seemed to have some benefit.
I said that in the most serious cases, obesity was most often involved.
I said that the real vaccine had been Omicron, as far doing the most to helping Covid become Endemic (and found the actual Bill Gates clip where he said the same).
Though my guess is they will change their tune, most of what I just said has been directly contradicted by those controlling the narrative right now.
For those opinions, I was shouted down as an “anti vaxer” by several groups, even though I got the vaccine, and recommended others do as well.
It took me a very long time to realize that saying ANYTHING that didn’t deify the vaccine as an underutilized panacea for ending the pandemic was enough to receive the brand of “anti vaxer.”
And, I had to remind myself again, that you really never want to contradict someone’s faith, especially in times of fear…

Did they test if the vaccine presented transmition. Pfizer says no.
